By accessing or purchasing from LimitedView Limited you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LimitedView provides incident-triggered cybersecurity training courses delivered digitally. Courses are made available within 48 hours of a qualifying public cyber incident.

3. Purchasing & Access

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. On successful payment you receive immediate access to the course materials. Pre-order purchasers gain access when video content is published, typically within 7 days.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Email anthony.tabbiruka@limitedview.co.uk with your order details and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, scripts, PDFs, and materials are the intellectual property of LimitedView Limited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the courses for your own professional development or internal team training. Sharing login credentials or course content outside your organisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

LimitedView provides educational content only. We are not liable for any security incidents, data breaches, or losses arising from actions taken based on course content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
